I'm Tyler Turgeon, a CPA based in Ottawa. I started my career in corporate and personal tax, and over more than ten years I've seen the same pattern again and again: profitable, growing businesses that are flying blind on the numbers that actually drive their decisions. They have a bookkeeper and a year-end accountant, but no one owning the financial strategy.

 

That's the gap I fill. As a fractional CFO and controller, I become the financial leadership a business needs before it can justify hiring full-time: forecasting, reporting, controls, financing conversations, and the tax planning that ties it all together.
